digital marketing to boost fundraising

Neuroblastoma Australia is a small charity that that raises funds for research into safer, better treatments for rare children’s cancer neuroblastoma. The charity wanted to improve their digital presence, particularly their website, to become a useful resource to support families and to ultimately increase online donations.

Initially, I consulted on a new website sitemap and page content to improve overall supporter experience and engagement. I created a digital marketing campaign for their Christmas Fundraising Appeal through website copy, email marketing, social media and paid social adverts (PPC).

I provide on-going marketing consulting support, including management of Google Ad Grant campaigns (non-profit organisations receive up to $10,000 free spend every month) and paid Facebook campaigns to drive signups for virtual fundraising events. This includes optimising ad copy, creating landing pages to generate leads and promote products in their online shop.
